呵呵~1到3樓回答似乎不大準確哦。
4樓倒裝是對了，但是語序還是稍嫌欠缺。
what引導感嘆句，“what little there is”這個結構跟“what a beautiful flower it is”這個句子的結構式類似的，實際上用了一些后置，原語序應該是“what little of my spare time there is”，就是what+冠詞+代詞/here/there+be表感嘆。只不過時間是不可數(shù)名詞，所以就沒有量詞。
后面這半句應該這樣分：The home improvement has taken little of my spare time.其中what…there is就是修飾little啦，表達一種程度上的感嘆。翻譯過來就是說“占用了我多么少的一點空閑時間”。
