Boao State Guest House
Boao State Guest House is built for BFA and foreign presidents, so as the normal VIP service. It’s the best State Guest House in Hainan, and managed by New Century Hotels & Resorts.
It located on Longtan Mount Boao town Haina, covers almost 300,000㎡ area, near by the BFA permanent site, overlooks the estuary of Wanquan river, Longgun river and Jiuqu river. The “Mount-Hotel” consists of president villa, VIP villa, VIP house and out-doors tennis court. Area of president villa is 6600㎡, includes presence chamber, state banquet hall, swimming pool and so on. VIP house is very exalted and great by its 8m high vault, offers roomy space for our guest. There is a review troops ground out the VIP house, could service for foreign presidents. Its build, house decoration and landscape are designed by BIAD, HBA Singapore Company and AECOM Hong Kong Company.

Location & Traffic
Boao town is located in the east of Qionghai, near by the seacoast. It’s 17km far from Qionghai, 105km far from Haikou, and 180km far from Sanya. It’s also the place of BFA permanent site.
It takes 1.5hs to Haikou Meilan Airport and 2hs to Sanya Fenghuang Airport from Boao State Guest House.
In 2010, Qionghai Airport will be built and Boao light rail stop will open, the traffic is becoming speedier.

1. BFA permanent site
Located on Dongyu Island, the BFA permanent site is a place of Boao culture annotation, and has Wanquan estuary that the most intact estuary of the world. BFA permanent scenic spot show a harmonious relationship of human and nature by its grand building, intellective conference facilities, elegant golf course, intersecting river and sea, and immemorial legend.
2. Boao Water City
It’s covers 41.8 km2; include 24km2 annular ecological control area around the Dongyu Island. There are Boao country golf course, ICC golf course, 3.7km2 garden views, international friendly countries and woods in the water city, and it becomes a resort with spring hotels, villa, international conference, golf and over Wanquan River tour.
3. “Yudai shoal” marvelous spectacle
Yudai shoal located on Wanquan estuary, it was enrolled as the narrowest shoal that partition river and sea by Guinness World Records. Pure white shoal likes a long jade lies between the Wanquan River and the South Sea. Waves of sea pat the coast; mounts reflect on the Shamei Lake, they constitute magic beautiful scenery. You will seem be personally on the fairyland while stand on the Yudai shoal.
4. Boao Oceans Pavilion
Boao Oceans Pavilion seats on Asia Glamour Plaza, there are more than 800 kinds of sea fishes on show, and the total quantity close to 3000. You can appreciate people dance with fish, and the belle abalone……
